At this time, we are an Internet based business only. We have helped hundreds of customers online through email and phone consultations. We also have hundreds of photos we can send you to assist the design process. You can also come see our samples and colour swatches in person as we do make several appearances during the year at tradeshows and bridal fairs. We would suggest that you mail or email us a small swatch or jpeg image of your fabric colors and we can choose the best match of paper for you. We would also be happy to mail you small swatches of our paper so you can choose the best match for your wedding color and theme.

All custom orders are assembled according to event date to ensure all of our customers receive their products on time. For example, if your event is taking place in September, you will most likely receive your album in July or early August even if you have placed your order in January.

Your order will take a minimum of 6-8 weeks to process.

Yes, most definitely! We carry a line of pre-made albums that are assembled and constructed exactly the way our custom orders are assembled. However, color selection may be limited so it would be best to inquire on stock availability. Pre-made albums are generally monochromatic. With custom orders, colors for ribbon, embellishments, and paper can be mixed and match. Pre-made albums, all colors, ribbons, titles, etc. have been chosen for you with the exception of the vellum. The vellum can still be personalized with first names, date and colors.

Yes, however there will be a 10% surcharge for rush orders for orders required in 6 weeks or less.

Because custom orders are individually made, it can be difficult to predict the color coordination of the features you have chosen. Please ask to see photos of similar colors and albums that we may have created in the past. This may help in determining your choices and colors.

Scrapping Albums will also send you at least ONE photo of your finished product prior to shipping. This will photo will verify that you are receiving that particular product in the mail.

Unfortunately at this time, we are an on-line Internet business only. Shipping is the only method in receiving your products. All products are packaged and boxed safely to prevent damage to your albums.

We generally use organza ribbon that will match the color of your album. You can state the colour of ribbon that you would prefer and if we do not carry that color, we will inform you before you place an order. You are also welcome to send us your own ribbon and we can incorporate that into the album.

Yes, we also sell ribbon by the roll at very competitive prices! We carry double face satin ribbon, organza ribbon, and organza with satin trim ribbon. If you would like to purchase rolls of ribbon that match your album(s), please inform us at the time of ordering.

Unfortunately at the time of placing your order, your deposit was used to purchase the raw materials used to assemble your album(s). Your deposit can no longer be refunded.
